Code Snippet
In WooCommerce, when a guest customer checks out there will be a “Create an Account” checkbox, which is not checked by default. We can change the default for it to be checked.

Place the following code anywhere in your theme’s functions.php document.
// create an account checked by default
add_filter( 'woocommerce_create_account_default_checked', '__return_true' );
