The PHP ftp_get() function downloads a file from the FTP server and saves it into a local file.

Syntax
ftp_get(ftp_conn, local_file, server_file, mode, startpos)
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| ftp_conn | Specifies the FTP connection to use (required) |
| local_file | Specifies the local file path (will be overwritten if the file already exists) (required) |
| server_file | Specifies the server file to download (required) |
| mode | Specifies the transfer mode:

| startpos | Specifies the position in the remote file to start downloading from |

- When using PHP, single or double quotation marks are acceptable and work identically to one another; choose whichever you prefer, and stay consistent
- Arrays count starting from zero NOT one; so item 1 is position [0], item 2 is position [1], and item 3 is position [2] … and so on
